How do I view the class timetable?

Our live schedule is hosted on Teamup. You can view all upcoming sessions, instructor details, and studio locations by clicking our booking link.

What are the steps for booking?

Select 'Book Now' to visit our external calendar. From there, choose your desired class, create a Teamup account if you're new, and confirm your attendance.

Studio Cancellation Policy

We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations to allow others in the community to take your place. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
